PROJECT OVERVIEW
A large distribution centre located on a junction of a major trunk road to service southern England.
CCP designed, supplied and installed precast concrete components for this project.
CCP supplied precast Dock leveller surrounds including front Tee pieces, bridge decks and rear retaining walls as well as Thermowall Insulated Sandwich Panel door surrounds.
PROJECT DETAIL
Thermowall panels were chosen not only for their thermal performance and inherent thermal mass, but also for their rigidity in this exacting environment.
Additionally, CCP also provided precast lift shafts and staircases for the main building.
In addition to this CCP also provided yard retaining walls as part of the external works.
