MAGNA PARK, MILTON KEYNES

The second phase of a major distribution centre for the John Lewis Partnership in the south east with 675,000 square feet of space and constructed in just 30 weeks.

CCP designed, supplied and installed the precast loading bay pit surrounds which included the following elements:

• Front Tee Pieces
• Bridge Deck Slabs
• Rear Retaining Walls
• Thermowall Insulated Sandwich Panel Loading Bay Door Surrounds
• Yard Retaining Walls

All units were cast in ecocrete natural with 80% secondary content in the concrete.
