Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London

We manufactured the hard landscaping to the South Park to a very exacting standard. The client was keen that the units should be free from defects and consistent throughout.

The contract involved curved seating and planter units as well as access steps.

Units were cast in a variety of formwork including steel and laminated timber shutters. These were carefully treated to reduce blowholes.

The precast hard landscaping units blend seamlessly with the soft landscaping making this a highly attractive park in the shadow of the Olympic Stadium.

In keeping with the sustainable nature of the Olympics, all units were with an 80% secondary content throughout.
